Submit Order:

Welcome to our new online system for sample management and order submission. The software, Stratocore PPMS, has been implemented in 22 other UC Davis research core facilities and has over 3,000 registered UC Davis and external users. 

Each core customer (each lab member) will require a PPMS user account to submit DNA sequencing and fragment analysis orders to UCDNA Sequencing. Please visit Register New Account to create a new user account before proceeding. If you are a new user, you will receive a confirmation email from PPMS once your account is active. Note: if you already have a PPMS account, you will not need to create a new one.

What you need to do:

1. Register for PPMS account (if you do not already have one)
2. Submit your order in PPMS (click on Quick Guide to Order Submission at top of page if first time ordering) 
3. Download the DNA Sequencing form, fill out and email to dnaseq@ucdavis.edu   OR
4. Download the Fragment Analysis form, fill out and email to DNADivas@ucdavis.edu
